Client satisfaction results for 2013

Many of you kindly completed our 2013 Client Survey and entered our Prize Draw. We were delighted to award our winner Lisa Jackson at Oakwood Agency with a mighty box of frankly delicious Pieminister Pies. The survey results were also pretty impressive:

 • 100% of positive ratings across the board

 • 87% of all ratings given were ‘excellent’

• 94% of respondents rated us as ‘excellent’ at meeting deadlines

Printing involves a multitude of complex and skilled processes so sometimes things don’t go to plan. Luckily for us, 92% of respondents rated us as excellent at ‘handling any issues or problems that arise’. We’re sure that the ISO 9001 (2008) Quality Standard has helped us to keep a close eye on what we produce. We are therefore, very pleased to announce that last month, we passed our annual ISO audit with flying pantone colours! Thanks again to all those who provided such valuable feedback.
